SuraYomi
ABOUT SURAYOMI

Speech tools should feel creative, clear, and responsible.

SuraYomi is an independent project from Japan built around a simple idea: turning text into speech should feel more like directing a performance than filling in a technical form.

01

Expressive by default

The product begins with meaning, mood, and delivery.

02

Private by design

Accounts and voice references are handled with deliberate boundaries.

03

Built for return visits

Seeds and presets help good sounds become repeatable workflows.

01

Why SuraYomi exists

Many speech tools make users choose between a tiny preset list and a wall of technical settings. SuraYomi keeps the useful controls while making natural language the main way to direct a voice.

The studio supports quick experiments and repeatable work: hear a draft, refine the delivery, preserve a seed, and download the result without moving between several applications.

02

Principles behind the product

  • Consent before voice cloning
  • Clear credit costs before generation
  • No permanent generated-audio library
  • Useful controls without unnecessary complexity
  • English and Japanese experiences treated as first-class
03

Independent and evolving

SuraYomi is operated by Kei Konuma as an individual project in Japan. The service will continue to improve based on reliability, responsible voice use, and what helps people make better speech—not on adding complexity for its own sake.

Questions, accessibility feedback, and responsible-use concerns are welcome at [email protected].
