Minimal collection
We collect information needed to operate accounts, credits, safety, and support.
This policy explains what SuraYomi processes, why it is needed, where service providers assist, and how you can request access or deletion. It applies from July 22, 2026.
We collect information needed to operate accounts, credits, safety, and support.
Saved reference voices remain private to the account and can be deleted.
Stripe handles payment details; SuraYomi does not store full card numbers.
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide speech generation, save requested voice references and settings, calculate credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, answer support messages, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private voice recordings to train a general-purpose model. Public marketing pages may be indexed by search engines and AI search services according to our robots and content-use signals, but private account data and API routes are not public pages.
SuraYomi uses Firebase/Google for authentication, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and routing, Google Analytics for website measurement, and email providers for transactional or support messages. Speech generation runs on privately operated compute. Each provider processes information under its own terms and safeguards.
Google Analytics loads on public SuraYomi pages to help us understand visits, page use, device categories, approximate geography, and broad interaction patterns. We configure advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals as disabled. We do not send submitted text, voice recordings, email addresses, account identifiers, payment details, or URL query parameters to Analytics.
Analytics is separate from studio generation, authentication, and billing. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may limit measurement without affecting those service features.
Uploaded or recorded reference audio is normalized and stored with its transcript for the saved voice until you delete that voice or request account deletion. Temporary upload files are removed after processing. Generated speech is returned to your browser and is not retained as a permanent user audio library, although limited operational records such as request identifiers, engine, character count, credit amount, status, and timestamps are retained.
We retain account and billing records while the account is active and as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Support messages and technical logs are kept only as reasonably necessary for their purpose. No internet service can promise absolute security, but SuraYomi uses encrypted transport, restricted service keys, verified accounts, private API routing, and access controls.
Some providers may process data outside Japan. Where applicable, their contractual and technical safeguards govern those transfers.
You can delete individual cloned voices in the studio, manage subscriptions through the billing portal, and request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting. Certain billing or legal records may be retained where required.
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. The service is operated by Kei Konuma in Japan.
