SuraYomi
§TERMS

Clear expectations for creating with SuraYomi.

These Terms govern access to and use of SuraYomi from July 20, 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

01

Create responsibly

Use only content and voices you have the right to use.

02

Know the limits

Credits, 500-character requests, and plan periods are stated before use.

03

Stay in control

Paid plans can be canceled through the profile billing portal.

01

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SuraYomi for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Provide accurate information, verify your email, protect account credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. One person may not repeatedly create accounts to evade free-plan limits.

02

Permitted use and your content

You retain rights in text, recordings, prompts, and other material you submit. You grant SuraYomi a limited permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having all necessary rights and permissions.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use and download generated audio for personal or commercial projects. SuraYomi does not promise that generated output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review output before publishing.

03

Prohibited use

  • Cloning or imitating a person without informed authorization
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or bypassing identity and voice authentication
  • Harassment, threats, exploitation, defamation, or deceptive political content
  • Illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content
  • Malware, automated abuse, excessive requests, account farming, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass credits, security, or access controls
  • Using generated audio as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice without qualified review
04

Credits, plans, and payment

Studio and designed voices use approximately one credit per ten characters, rounded up. Voice cloning uses 1.5× the standard credit amount, rounded up. Each request is limited to 500 characters. Included plan credits reset on the applicable monthly boundary and do not roll over. Extra credit packs are available only to eligible paid accounts.

Creator costs US$20 per month and Studio costs US$40 per month unless a different price is shown before purchase. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payment methods. Taxes and currency-conversion charges may apply.

05

Cancellation, refunds, and service changes

Cancel from “Manage billing & cancellation” before the next renewal. The plan continues to the end of the paid period and then does not renew or receive a new monthly credit grant. Because digital service is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified technical failure prevented delivery.

We may change features, limits, models, pricing, or these Terms. Material pricing changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated before they affect an existing renewal where required.

06

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, resolve non-payment, or protect service reliability. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. You may stop using SuraYomi and request account deletion at any time, subject to records we must retain.

07

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuraYomi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

08

Law, contact, and precedence

Japanese law governs these Terms. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact [email protected] with questions. If translated versions differ, the Japanese version controls to the extent permitted by law.
